The moment arrived when this precious blessing was delivered, and put into his mother's arms for the first time! Praise the Lord for His abundant mercies to us, through pregnancy and the birth of little Frankie!

Happy Birthday Frankie!

Eating supper on Tuesday night with the midwives and some friends from church, the Street ladies.

Playing soothing music during early labor...

Tuesday night we gathered around in the living room along with a neighbor/sister from church anticipating the birth. However, he wasn't born till the next evening=).

Emaline an Mrs. Street bouncing on the ball...

The ball really helped Mama with labor...

Almost *time*! Dumping hot water in the tub.

What fun!

And there he is!

Weight was 6 lbs. 14 oz.

Heart rate is good... Everything looked good!

Awww.... Daddy loves his boy!
Look at that sweet face.

The Street ladies had to leave shortly after the birth, so Ms. Tiare got to hold him for a little while.

My turn.

The advantage of two cameras clicking at the same time... You get different angles!

We think Frankie looks like Bo.

The boys LOVE their brother.

How could you not???

Their sisters do too!

And, of course.... his Mommy.

This morning, Mamaw treated us to pancakes! She had some helpers=)

After breakfast, Lily Ann and I (and all the little ones for that matter) took Frankie out for a little newborn photo-shoot. He didn't open his eyes one time, because of the bright light.

Lots of hair!

What a little miracle!

All done!

"Yay! I'm hungry!"
"O Praise the Lord, all ye nations: Praise HIM, all ye people. For His merciful kindness is GREAT toward us: and the truth of the LORD endureth forever!"

Tuesday evening dinner with Mrs. Tyus (head-midwife) and her two students, as well as Mrs. Street with her daughter Tiare. Mama's water broke Tuesday at 3:30, so we called them up right away, as Mama usually has the baby pretty quick after that. But God had different plans, and it was 27 hours later (Aug. 26th @ 7:56 PM) that Frank Richard Feldman entered the world! The mid-wives ended up spending the night here and all day Wednesday, until things finally started picking up. It was a fun time!

Surprise!!!

As you know, we have been sick off and on all year. We have had to miss church five times in the last two months. Yesterday, all of us invalids were laying in various spots in the living room watching the Duggars, when Daddy said for all of us to walk in the kitchen for a minute. I thought, " Well, I guess the kitchen didn't pass inspection, and we need to go clean it up better." However, I was wrong. When we walked in there, Farrah spotted a clue hanging from the ceiling. (Yes, another treasure hunt!) She read it, and it directed us to Captain's cage. We found another clue there, and that led us to the Cassia tree. We ran over, and saw Mama sitting under it. At first I didn't see anything but her, but then I saw a little bow taped on her tummy, and it clicked:  "Mama is expecting a baby!!!" We are all very exited, and all of us hope for twins. She is about six weeks along, and her due date is May 22nd. We were starting to think Russell might be the last one, but God is giving us another! Here are some pictures of Russell when he was a baby. Hope you enjoy!

"Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward." Psalm 127:3
(Post by Savana.)
Evan claimed Russell as his buddy very soon after he was born.

The morning after his birth, everybody crowded into Mama's and Daddy's bedroom to look at sweet, newborn Russell.

About six months old here, and in the smiley stage!

Russell with Daddy's cap on!
