Recent Activities...

 In the beginning of June, Joshua and Farrah came down from Michigan for a surprise visit!! While they were here, we often went to Blue Springs for a ''quick dip'' in the morning before many people arrived. We had lots of fun, and a enjoyed being able to cool off from the hot sun.;)

Bo, had the idea to bring along a blow up mattress, which we used as a  ''floating dock''.

Also, while Joshua and Farrah were here, we made "healthy'' ice cream several times...''Farrah's baby wanted it!!"😉

While drying off from swimming, the little ones helped churn the ice cream. They were a big help!!

Last week, a family from church gave us two male kittens.  "Chauncy and Dicken"

Emaline in particular loves cats, and so she is the main care-taker. The lighter one is ''Chauncey'', and the darker one is ''Dicken''. (Mama and Daddy named them)

While some ''surprise visitors'' came to look at the new room in our barn, Alayna gave the children horse rides, which...

they all thoroughly enjoyed!!

Bo's new project...Flying in a paramotor!! Today he was able to get above the trees, but should be able to go much higher and faster, when he has the engine, rather than just kiting.

While Joshua and Farrah were here, we also turned half of the loft in our barn into a guest apartment!! They had to completely take the roof off so that they could put the pine wood in for the inside roof, and spray foam.
